I am not a programmer and not a network expert. But could you not build a kind of "decentralized pool"?. A kind of Wallet in which every Nostr user can send sats on a voluntary basis and which then makes proportional distributions to creator?

I save the big zaps i get to make a public pool so we can use it in case of a Nostr fam in real need, for the moment we are at 126k
