Yes, that's the phobia. Never done it. Live presentations is something I've done a ton of. Recording and posting a video of myself has been something I felt very uncomfortable about
Ah ok, I think I get it. It's a whole lot different because you're the only one to see the footage of yourself before you would post it, making you the agent of its circulation. And as a perfectionist myself, I'd worry constantly about insignificant shit like "hmm I could have spoken a bit quicker or slower there" or "damn my fucking expression in that single frame is weird, again! 😆"
