Not really, muted users can still see what you post & interact with it
Blocked users wouldnโt be able to do that

Yup thatโs exactly what it does! You wonโt see them anymore on your feed or notifications but theyโll still see you on their feed if they follow you and can interact with your posts as well & no prob!
