I knew your body regulates cholesterol, I didn't know it was the liver. Is it correct that 80% of your body's cholesterol is created by your liver?
Also, if you don't eat enough carbohydrates, your body makes them from protein. It wouldn't do this if carbohydrates were the enemy.
