At the end of the day it would be a waste of money. Depending on charges you typically have a number of jurors you can dismiss without cause. With cause is pretty narrowly defined. The attorneys have no control over which jurors are brought forward first. If there’s no just cause to dismiss a juror they are then questioned by the attorneys to see if the might be prejudiced in deciding the case. Either one may move to dismiss a juror based on their answers. But you can’t keep dismissing every juror.
