It's somewhat deceptively static, permiated by dramatic events. We are at the end of the last, most recent static phase,, and, unlike some who like to use fancy words:

tldr Switzerland has generous amounts of underground infrastructure to support their population. The next cosmic event climax is predicted to be in 10-15 years*,, although we are already seeing low-latitude aurora, and the touchdown of a phenomena over the iberian peninsula, etc. And -

A massive clean-up operation of corruption. We cannot viably go through this reset, without cleansing millennia-old parasitism and corruption from our (all species of hominid on earth) ranks. To me it makes total sense; I can see it clearly every day, and am only disappointed it's not already done. Tldr you don't want to survive an apocalypse with karens with multiple co-morbidities, telling you to 'put your fabric face covering on', or they will suffer. You also don't want or need the type that has been complicit in deliberately driving their insanity with you, either.

An early, obvious phase was allowing those lower ranks to MAID. There are many other operations going on in an unconventional warfare set-up. As I said, for me personally, there is frustration it's not already done, tempered with the realization it's on-going.

*As to the time-period: since Maynard E White's core samples and analysis and otber archeological digs by other groups which I won't name as yet, to stay focused, they've known to a great deal of precision, the signs and dates. If you think based on the outcome of a panel discussing the pros and cons of revealing NHI was net negative, imagine telling everyone the world is about to end.

I have thought about Switzerland’s strategy. AKAIK and from speaking with ArmaSuisse, there is everything except oil. It would run out in a few days.

I often thought making ethanol and wood alcohol for fuel would be a solution. Works with gas engines

If you think that there aren't hidden programs closely aware of unlimited energy extraction from the aether, as outlined in Maxwell's original unmodified asymmetrical equations, then yes; I could understand your concern. The issue is not energy. It was 'never' energy, as that has been figured-out for at least 100 years.

On the basis of whatever information you get on conventional abiotic gas and oil energy sources, while it may come even from fairly highly-placed friends, it's unlikely that they know or would reveal actual reserves and capabilities.

It's much easier to control and keep tabs, on a population, that has been conned into materialistic equalibrium. The population itself, will do most of the herding, boxing in, and pitchfork- ostracization of anyone who threatens that Big Lie. Much as the cheapest of religious exercises, apart from any actual spiritual pursuits, are to keep neighbors watching each other, at a lower expense than keeping a garrison at everyone's door to enforce the mindset and behavior decided upon by their masters.

Going from that, to 'the sun will enter a black phase, explode*, destroy much of the life on earth, and due to the immense energy, the crust will shift to a more magnetically-balanced location',

is a bridge to far for most at this point, so why bring it up, lest their little minds suffer? Seriously, they've done their work, and there is no net benefit to revealing it too early.

*The accretion layer being blown-off, as the sun regains it's normal strength and the galactic current sheet wanes, will for all intents and purposes, be likened to a solar explosion.
