Very little - in the millions!
With difficulty increasing and these only operating on the GH/s level, I believe the odds of winning a state lottery for more fiat are actually better.
It's not profitable and never will be - about $12/year to run it and when you mine solo you get zero rewards unless you hit a block.
I suppose you could link it to a pool and earn a penny a day or something like that!
