I posted this on multiple social apps and the resounding consensus is that everyone still uses Google Calendar. I got off there 10 years ago.

I use Fossify calendar, don't need my calendar online. I'd use the Tuta one if I needed more devices.
If I need an appointment scheduler, it's usually for work (Microsoft products).
I use NextCloud/CalDAV but the process I use to get it to play nice w/ Google invites is pretty convoluted
i use proton calendar for a few years now
I switched to proton more than a year ago. If they will fuck it up I will switch to tuta
