Day 12 of the #proofofwork and #blocksport challenge!

One block every 10 min and for each block 1 push up, 1 crunch and 1 squat!

✅ 144 Push-ups

✅ 144 Squats

✅ 144 Crunches

I did my workout also yesterday! 💪

In three days will be the next difficulty adjustment.

I think will try to add 14 pull ups and look for some variations of the other exercises.
