Disturbing dreams of guys living on the margins of society catching me off guard and attacking me with a knife or gun while bystandars watch with disinterest. Woke up twice last night from that moment when you realize you aren't going to survive.

Went to a convenience store today and there was an old wood barrel of bags of clear peanuts just like in the dream. The only thing about the dream that seemed unlikely was that I would buy a bag of peanuts.
