When you see other people whom you hold as intelligent keep banging the Bitcoin drum, sooner or later you’ll ask yourself “what am I missing?” and per Quoth here, it doesn’t take long to fill in those blanks.
He’ll flip on his gold preference soon enough, that’s just a question of how long one has spent down the rabbithole because every hour and new understanding simply compounds the conviction. 
Chris pays attention enough to things (eventually) that I had a good feeling he'd eventually join us. Plus he listens to the same smarty-pants folks that a lot of bitcoiners tend to listen to to know what's going on in the greater economic picture.
That he's on board now is yuge ✊
The fact he was able to consume 15 hours of content, stuff that is readily available for anyone who wants to learn about Bitcoin, from a number of sources who come at it from different angles is really incredible.
Think about how easy that is to now send someone down the rabbithole. You can send them down a macro rabbithole, or better than gold, or Austrian perspective, or nerd perspective, or have a systems angle - there is content out there for every type of mind now to quickly wrap their head around Bitcoin and work through their own objections.
Every mind added then reinforces the same, the network grows exponentially.
15 hours is ridiculous. It's like saying "5 minutes" lol
He already understands both fiat and sound money, 15 hours of Bitcoin content to someone who has that knowledge base can be super effective. He’ll need a few hundred hours to solidify the thesis still and flip his gold preference
