MSTR is reporting 20bill earning on BTC and they are a 90 bil market cap company tesla is 1.2T.
33.33 x bigger earnings for a company that is 13.33 x smaller.
MSTR is going for a 2 to 5 x tonight. Put it on the board. Market information asymmetry. 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
By the way this earnings kicks off BTC next leg higher. It clears all liabilities off MSTRs balance sheet and multiples their premium so every ATM and convert is multiples larger and going straight to BTC.

Didnt report FASB. It was optional for Q4. Thought 100% they would it only made sense to me that they would. They would be eligible for SP500 inclusion 3 months earlier.
I think they are hung up on the 15% tax on unrealized gains due to CAMT and want the IRS or the Trump to say they absolutely don't have to pay that. Which they don't. It is against the constitution to tax an asset with a transaction event. But I think they didn't want to get in trouble so they bought 3 months to have that publicly clarified or file a lawsuit over unconstitutional clause in a stupid law probably written by an intern.
