I'm trying to make the switch from Twitter, but I need to round out my feed a bit more, it's all Bitcoin atm...

Also go to communities (in eg Nostrudel.ninja )
Communities are kinda abandoned but you can see people who have posted in them who want to talk about different topics.
Tbh content discovery is difficult here. 'Feeds' would be v useful.
Have in mind content in nostr is delivered distinctly on each client, you could find good art at slidestr.net or communities listed at satellite.earth; for some long posts highlighter.com has becoming quite popular recently
Spend time here and you'll see soon there's no such "lack of content" around here
