Sheldrake's book is where these notes are coming from. Excellent read. Radical Mycology by Peter McCoy and Mycelium Running by Paul Stamets are also standard books on my shelf.

The opportunity to read Radical Mycology hasn't arisen for me yet.
Funtastic Fungi was much fun to read just because it consisted of many short, illuminating essays from so many different contributors.
Fungi connects even you and me through tunnels of space and time.

I live near Paul stamets I have seen several of his projects around here with mycelium burlap sacks filtering greywater.
