Some people over think it but your body knows.
Sometimes sleepiness is a hunger signal though
The “three meals a day” is a pretty ingrained psyop, generally speaking.
Not sure on last point. I eat when hungry but also if I yawn middle of the afternoon, an egg or some fatty meat works a treat. My body sometimes says tired before hungry
