We did not “push” #Russia into alliance with #China any more than we pushed the #SovietUnion into the arms of the #ThirdReich. #VladimirPutin and #XiJinping, both militant leaders, found common ground against the rest of the world. Don’t make excuses for monsters, @davidpgoldman.
Such an alliance seems logical to me, when faced with a belligerent foe like the United States.
