It’s over

Depending on how one looks at it, WW3 has been going on since at least Obama's time in office. There have been many wars all over the world the entire time, some of them lasting the entire time. Keep in mind, they were only called WW1 & WW2 after the fact. When the history of WW3 is written, it will be marked as beginning sometime around 2010 (give or take).
I've been thinking of WW3 as a technology war of global totalitarianism against people, with the plandemic and the vax being the most visible coordinated attack so far.
Only the latest phase. But how else can at least a decade of constant war around the world be defined other than a world war? WW1 was mostly one continent, and WW2 definitely didn't involve nearly the entire world (mainly Europe and the Pacific theater). There are more conflicts and wars in these recent times than there were during either world war
