I honestly would take less content in the game and let them knock off a couple bucks. I'm picking on Final Fantasy because I'm playing Rebirth next, but they'll all like that. Give me 10 to 20 hours for a non-rpg, and like 30 to 40 for an RPG, I'm good after that.

Yeah, once things moved past the PS1 era I've had a harder time completing JRPGs. I think the last true JRPG I beat was DQ11, and I put in probably 65 hours on that. I didnt do all the optional stuff, but I was ready for something else at that point so I hurried to end it.
