But if you can't download WoS, as I understand it the Nostr app Primal has an integrated lightning wallet that comes with the app.

Hey! Thanks so much for all your help, unfortunate I'm not having any success setting up. I've downloaded wallet of Satoshi and Primal but getting nowhere - seems when I go to wallet it only gives me options for Alby??

don't send on chain. it's expensive and all yours sats will be blown in the transaction cost.
There's a little lightning symbol at the bottom of every post. click on that. If you want to practice by sending me some, click on the symbol at the bottom of this message and try to send me 1 sat, it will open up wallet of satoshi with a 1 sat invoice. Hit send and that's it, you'll have zapped me 1 sat.
If you're using Amethyst as your app, hold down the lightning button first, this will allow you to add smaller amounts of sats, rather than the default amounts.
What about this? It seems to be required to setup the wallet. ? 
You should be able to click out of it with x on the top right and just keep using the wallet normally. I just set one up the other day for someone and that's what he did.
Ahh ok. What happens if I lose this phone? Seems I don't have any keys or anything for it.
It's a custodial wallet, so the company holds the keys. Not best practice for sure but for a handful of sats it's fine. Because of that, if you lose your phone or have to reinstall, you just log in with your email address..
Don't put a lot of money on the wallet and you'll be fine 😊

That's just so you can unlock a custom address...the wallet should work fine without completing those steps.

Who is that? I also can't login, or remove the SATs from Thia wallet unless I complete the process it seems.
That's your address now. They auto assign addresses. I got brightatom86. It's random. If you want something personalized you'd have to complete those other steps, but it wallet works fine with the randomly generated address
