People should be using the Broadcast function more. If you see a good post from someone who doesn’t have a lot of followers and only a few relays, you can help them extend their note’s reach by rebroadcasting it on your relays.

Broadcast is invisible to the poster. And it'll only show up on global feed, iinm.
It helps if you are trying to quote another user’s note that isn’t on many relays.
