So what holds us back?

Peering beneath the obvious obstacles, we may see a more complex network of agreements, beliefs, reactions, and defense underpinning what we have been unable to simply part with.

If we discover our limitations may be more widespread than we first thought, this can feel like a setback. However, seeing more clearly is progress.

While it may tempting to attack any newly found “problems” — the process of shedding and regrowth occurs effortlessly when we open ourselves and allow it.
