The reason why I got around to start the group today is because I found this podcast with a hilarious name - The Bitch Fix.
It's created by Christine MacCarroll who is a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist running a private nutritional practice and hosting the podcast.
I have listened to a few episodes about ADHD in woman so far and it seems like a good depth, biological concepts explained in simple terms and some actionable advice offered.
Next episode I will listen to is Ep 156 How to Handle Uncomfortable Health Conversations as it's probably relevant for starting this little group.
