Vitalik should welcome eth being classified as a security. Then he can run the project with the ETH foundation openly and wouldn’t have to stress about hiding behind the fake guise of being decentralized.

Actually a pretty good take... The only problem is this whole time they've preached their "decentralization"... There would possibly be suits for security fraud

If it’s classified as a security they’ve already broken about 5 code sections. They’d be in deep shit either way.
