Big brother is not really designed to be changed its designed for stability, you known like software stable softwares are not changed much.

Now you might ask why govt or bigbrother needs to be stable? Its because for its existence it needs to be stable enough to fuck. It cannot be managing bullshit revolution inside when it has to exert influence outside, maybe even fight real wars!
