Bulgaria's centre-right GERB party leads in parliamentary elections, but falls short of majority. The party won 26.4% of the votes, while reformist PP came second with 14.9%. Pro-Russian Revival party took third place with 12.9%. The election was triggered by the failure to form a coalition government after the previous ballot. GERB has the responsibility to form a government, according to Nikolai Denkov, former prime minister and member of PP.
