A preventive block was successfully mined at height 2421214. The two blocks that followed had an interval of 31 minutes between them.

If those blocks had been mined at the same rate without the preventive block, there would have been another block storm! #bitcoin #testnet #[0]

Successfully mined another preventive #testnet block at height 2423230. Next block came 32 min later, would have been 12 min after a "normal" block 2423230. If so, no block storm would occur even without a preventive block. But would have been a close call. #[0]
