High Tech New + Low Tech Old = Next Gen Futurism

In my view, the future holds a space not only for high tech decentralized solutions like Bitcoin (money, economy), Nostr (free speech), but also “going back” to personal responsibility like homesteading, self-sufficiency “off the grid” (also decentralized options, if you think about what centralized authorities they disconnect from).

I’m interested in seeing decentralized solutions in politics and what that could look like. Curious to hear people’s thoughts on this.

This is REAL sustainability, by the way. Yes, there is something to be said for low waste alternatives to modern “throw away” culture, but that is only a small part of what I see to be a larger movement in terms of systems, small and large.
