Been doing a eating window of 5am to 5pm so I'm usually in the bed by 8pm doing my nightly reading and journaling before falling asleep before 10pm. If I dont get a best nights rest. I'll sneak in a 30-45min nap max during off period of the day. Night and day how I have been feeling lately so definitely plan on trying stick with it. The key is life throws curveballs so any habit is only as good as being able to deal with those and not letting it effect the good routines I'm getting better with that.
