The first time hanging out with friends who drink, the first family holiday without a drink, the first work trip without a drink at dinner, the first new years eve...
It was mostly just my insecurities because basically none of these ended up being a big deal, but it felt stressful at the time.
Surround yourself with real friends and people who love you and it will be smooth sailing. š
