I think it’s an asset and a value add that I am passionate about what I do for work, and have something that fulfills me while allowing me to provide for myself and my daughter as a single mom.

If my focus on that makes you view me as less feminine, I encourage the following:

1. Say that to me while looking at me in a dress and see how wrong you are

2. Step up your game in your own pursuit of fulfilling work

Men secure in their masculinity aren’t be competing with or comparing themselves to women in the first place. At least someone who dates me can know I’m able to use my brain and will do whatever I need to to care for my child and provide her with a good home.

What’s more feminine than that? Case closed.
