The snow has arrived. It's been raining nonstop for at least 36 hours and is hitting freezing now. I hope the roads home aren't too bad.

Drive awesomely!

Not enough snow for doughnuts in a parking lot.

Too bad. But it seems you still made it safely, so that's good?

Be safe.

By the time I headed home, the snow had already melted. We did get an insane amount of rain for our climate. I'm surprised I didn't see any flooding.

That's a little sad. I love snow and wish I had more of it, though I know I'll catch hate for saying that to many of the people I know. But I'd rather have snow than rain.

I definitely prefer snow than cold rain. Rain when it is 70 - 100 F is completely different than rain when it is 35-50 F. The latter is miserable.

We'll get plenty of snow this winter. Last winter we got lots of snow. The ground was covered with snow most of the time from November till early April with a few small snows after that that melted quickly. We even got one snow that was >3 feet and took us 3 days to get out.
