My wife recently went down the nicotine rabbit hole with a friend of hers and, as far as I see it, nicotine is just another natural stimulant, like coffee.
The problem is, all these products have garbage ingredients added. Even the pouches and gums have trash ingredient lists. You can find some patches that have a more palatable ingredient list, but even then itβs not great.
