One of the best parts of being a volunteer firefighter is being able to bring the dog to the firehall (& any friends & their kids visiting)!

I served for 5 years in my hometown in my early 20’s. My wife joined our local department 4 years ago. My daughter joined as a junior and is now responding to everything. It’s the best thing they ever did for learning practical skills and serving the community. And earning a little extra income.
