He also says that targeting Russian civilians will end Russian violence forever. This is equally as crazy. Killing a generation's family and normalizing war crimes will only lead to revenge seeking and an escalation of violence in frequency, durability, and brutality.

Want Russian civilians to hate and dehumanize Ukrainians, this is how you do it. Want them to blindly back aggressive acts by their gov't, this is how you do it.
