Can someone set up a relay to

Remove any notes containing bitcoin slogans, bitcointwitter slang, price talk, detect botcoin 'memes' (bitcoin images containing slogans, orange coin icon thing... inside images).

I think this could be a popular option to throw at people with The Most Common Nostr Complaint.

I only know of https://hotrightnow.nostr1.com , but I think it doesn't scan images. That would be next-level.
