Government actions usually reflects popular sentiment, but the current German minority government passed that law against the popular opinion. what about the anti industrial sentiment?

Anti-industry is more common.

The Greens had to force the nuclear issue because it's their entire supposed reason for existing as a party. They weren't willing to lose that congruency, for expediency.

that reason can break the country though. It seems they don’t care about the country’s future because they messed up big time. for a critical energy policy decision, governments need to consider popular opinion as it effects everyone.
