Saylor may have found the money glitch. But if more and more companies continue to do this. US government will find a way to patch that damn.

Saylor figured out how to operate his money printer... The opportunity to print (dilute) stock and buy Bitcoin will pave the way for sovereigns to print (dilute) currency and buy Bitcoin.

Hmmm something doesn’t sound right. So if BTC goes to 0, he pays off the debt with stock. But if BTC goes to 0 his stock won’t be worth much so he will have to issue more shares, which would also make his stock worth less. Idk own a little MSTR from a while ago but I’m skeptical. I also don’t think BT. Goes to zero so MSTR is probably safe in that regard. But I don’t think this is 100% safe trade he’s doing.

Sorry, I dont buy the argument. If bitcoin goes to a dollar, the stock equity will follow with massive selling, and the SEC will delist the stock (worst outcome). Would need a bailout or restructuring to pay off notes. Unless he knows something I dont. Maybe he does .dunno.

So when does it liquidate? lol
