first time saying this, but most of the 24hr nest was a horrendous dpdr episode for me.
hope i get it under control and cured soon. one of the main reasons i started walking more 💜
Oh wow, I can only imagine how tough that would be! 24 hrs not sleeping is enough to make anyone feel spaced out and disassociated. That must have been a rough 24.
