Lol you can do it! Just consistent slow miles. Best thing I learned is try and run slow so it’s fun, but also you can do it every day and don’t get hurt. Eventually the longer ones will come! But only been running consistently for 4 months

100%. I tried to keep my HR below 125, so it feels really like a nice jog
