well, it's because of jack that I learned that I am responsible for my world. i was quite happy , not the happiest I could be, but happy enough. nice life. then I heard about this guy & his "if things get tough or even if they don't " philosophy of prepping. I was a prepper before I had heard the term and this guy was making some sense... then he taught me about money & the trap that debt is. so I came up with a plan to reduce my debt and have. as I listened to his show i learned about #permaculture that really changed the way i looked at the world. I learned that the system wants us just sick enough. i learned to think for myself and spot the propaganda that was coming from every direction. then this former army guy that had gotten fat, similarly to me, living "the good life" that was killing us. he

turned me onto keto. so, down that rabbit hole I went. now almost completely carnivore and down 75 lbs, blood work just keeps getting better.

all this wasn't easy.

sacrifices were had.
