Meant to get back to you on this, but been slammed past few days. Cheapest I can find would be USPS for $33 in shipping cost.
However, I don't know if they'd hit you with import fees on top of that.

Just so you know, if you got 20 bars, it would only cost twice as much for shipping
If you have a group that wants it, then way cheaper.
