The Happiness Equation is a concept that has been popularised by various authors and speakers, including Deepak Chopra. While there may be different interpretations of what the happiness equation entails, Deepak Chopra has often referred to it as a simple formula for achieving happiness, which can be expressed as follows:

Happiness = (Success + Fulfillment + Inner Peace) / Desires

In this equation, "Success" refers to achieving one's goals and aspirations, "Fulfillment" refers to a sense of purpose and meaning in life, and "Inner Peace" refers to a state of calmness and contentment within oneself. The denominator, "Desires," refers to the level of one's expectations and wants, which can either enhance or detract from happiness.

According to Chopra, the key to achieving lasting happiness is to cultivate an inner sense of peace and fulfillment, rather than relying solely on external factors such as success or material possessions. By balancing our desires with a sense of contentment and purpose, we can attain a more sustainable state of happiness.
