So lets say its the year 2123…

The world economy is on a bitcoin standard. This is the official word now, but anyone with a few sats in their wallet knows that we have been on a bitcoin standard for far longer than the official record would record.

You are fortunate enough to be the great granddaughter of an OG coiner who bought bitcoin when it was under a million dollars! Jack even zapped your great grandfather a few sats back when nostr was just getting its legs. Way back in the day.

You have just graduated college and are going to buy your first house. One hundred thousand sats is a lot for a house You have a healthy distrust of debt so financing will not be an option. You have saved like your father and mother taught you, but what is the point of working and saving if you are never able to enjoy the fruits of your labor. Besides, you may have another way.

Your great grand father was zapped sats by Jack! Fucking Jack! And you can trace that Jack Sat all the way across the blockchain to the Blixt wallet you created just to house the key to that particular sat. And people will pay a lot of bitcoin for a Jack Sat!

So you locate a collector on nostr who has agreed to pay you the one hundred thousand sats you need for your first house, for that one sat your great grandfather was zapped by Jack. Way back in the day.

This is what a Bitcoined world looks like to me.

I'd feel bad for all who weren't in at the time. What will they be doing...?

Don't know man. 100 years from now they will probably be living in ways that are all too familiar, yet so bizarre we can't even fathom them. But they'll still be living.

He just donated 15BTC.

Jacksats may be less scarce than you think.

Yea dude, I could see "sat" collectors like coin collectors now in a 100 years. I know you can trace each sat back to its original block. So like a genesis block sat or something. 🤷 just having fun man. #[2]
