1. MicroStrategy to raise $2 billion to acquire more #BTC

2. MSTR to adopt FASB fair value accounting Q1 2025

3. Bew KPI metric for shareholders… ‘BTC Yield’ with expectations of 4-8%/year for 2025-2027
