It’s browser-based, but I haven’t tested it on every platform. If someone wants to help with that, please be my guest. It’s not complete yet, and I still have a bunch of features I’m planning to add down the road once it’s been tested in the real world for a few months.
Buzzpay has a sharable link. Is that on the roadmap?

Yeah, it was already a feature. I made it more secure by requiring PIN access, since this is designed for use in a retail environment where sharing should be controlled by the business.
