It starts off super cool because we are up at 4am, then as the sun rises it gets very warm - we have seen so many amazing creatures and our guide is like Tarzan meets George of the jungle. 😂 He lets us get so close. I swear I thought a caiman was going to jump into our canoe and bite my son’s face off!!

This is a five hundred year old tree in Tombopata National Reserve. Got so much inspiring info on medicinal herbs and plants too!
