I think you can clear it by sending another 0sat transaction at a lower nonce with higher fees that is sure to send. The previous transaction will clear out as invalid once the new 0sat tx goes through. You waste a tiny bit in fees but at least the stuck transaction is cleared this way.

Ahh I see... I'm assuming it's a custodial wallet? (you don't have the keys right?)
If you have access to the private keys, then you can just sweep the account to metamask and do it from there. Otherwise... idk not your keys not your corn i guess 🤷🏽♂️
