I used Nostrgram - there’s a feature in your profile where you can reset your follows from a backup. Might need to be a Nostrgram user prior to the accident though.

Cheers Tony - I've not explored Nostrgram much, so didn't know you could even generate a backup let alone import one. Do you know if that's a standard thing or Nostrgram-only?
I’ve also seen a “standalone” service doing such backups, but I can’t remember the name now. Perhaps #[3] could help 🙏
