Ok, so, Dividends, Interest, Rent,.., they all are ok,.. but maintenance cost is huge for huge property or huge businesses,..,so, without money printing press and without adding to national debt, they will have to sell them or they will go bankrupt..,they are not fancy, they have real costs.😄🎈☕👍.
