Ooooh, in that case, you're going either have to bisq or robosats and find someone who's willing to accept pp payments.
Alternatively, you could use a centralized exchange like kraken, painful or paybis.
It's going to be a terrible time trying to use PP to buy Bitcoin. Lastly, you might be able to use PayPal to buy a visa debit card. That may allow you more less restricted options to buying bitcoin.
